Before you purchase a fence, we recommend that you understand as much as possible about the process.

Most owners are not familiar with fencing - after all, you don't need to buy a fence very often. At Foothill Fence, our objective is to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about your fence. If you contract with us for the installation, we'll do our utmost to ensure that your expectations are met.

Here is how the fence purchase process works:

Initial Inquiry: Contact us by phone, fax, or via our online form. We'll answer all of your questions, educate you about fence types and styles.

Sales Estimate: When you are ready, we'll schedule an appointment for our sales consultants to meet with you. They will review and measure your yard, talk with you about what you would like the fence to accomplish, help you select type and style of fence and leave you with a written proposal.

Sales Contract: When you are ready to proceed, you sign the proposal and submit it to us, with the appropriate deposit.

Installation: Once the contract is signed, we will order any necessary materials, and contact you to schedule an installation date. We ask that all homeowners are available for approximately 15 to 30 minutes on the first day of install for one final review of the layout of your fence and final placements of your gates. A typical residential installation is completed in one to five days.

Completion: Once the installation is complete and you have reviewed the job, expect a follow-up phone call to ensure that the installation meets your satisfaction. Once installation is complete the final payment is due.
