Foothill Fence Purchase Process

We recommend you understand as much as possible about our fence purchase process. Our objective is to provide you with step-by-step information to help you make an informed decision to hire Foothill Fence as your fence contractor.

step 1Inquiry

Contact us by phone at (818) 995-8380, fax, or via our estimate form online. We’ll answer all of your fence questions.

step 2Estimate

We’ll schedule an appointment to meet with you at your home or business. Our estimator will review and measure your yard, talk with you about what you would like the fence to accomplish, help you select fence styles and types, and follow up with a written fence estimate.

step 3Contract

When you are ready to proceed, you sign a written fence contract and submit it to us, with the appropriate deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, money orders and personal checks.

step 4Installation

Once the contract is signed, we will order any necessary materials and contact you to schedule a fence installation date. We ask that all homeowners are available for approximately 15 to 30 minutes on the first day of install for one final review of the layout of your fence and final placements of your gates. A typical residential fence installation is completed in 1 to 5 days.

step 5Completion

Once the installation is complete and you have reviewed the job, expect a follow-up phone call to ensure that the installation meets your satisfaction. Once the fence completion is done, the final payment is due.

step 6Follow Up

We will mail you a thank-you letter and respond to any follow-up issues in a timely manner. We stand by our work and know that satisfied customers are our best source of additional business.
