Typically our cable railing systems are what we call stock built, we try to get construction grade materials, which are usually found at the listed retail stores. However, if you would like to purchase from those stores, we can give you an estimate for installation only.

Can you custom build and install a cable railing for me?

Yes, we have been around for 20+ years, most of our cable railings are built from high quality handpicked materials.

Can I buy cable railing from you, but install it myself?

No, we are an install company, we require materials for your particular job, ourselves.

Do you repair deck cable railings?

Yes, we do repair cable railings for decks and balconies. However, a thorough evaluation of your materials will determine whether a repair or rebuild should take place.

Do install indoor cable railings?

No, all our cable railing systems are for outdoor use.

Do you build and install other types of hand railings?

Yes, we build exterior hand railings for decks or outdoor stairs with wood, vinyl or iron without cable railing.

How long is your warranty?

1-year warranty: the standard “one year expressed limited warranty” also known as the fit and finish warranty is an industry standard and a California law, and is considered an implied warranty.

4-year warranty: A licensed contractor is required to give a warranty on items installed under his/her license to be free from defective installation including, but not limited to the local codes and manufacturers installation requirements for up to four years after the completion of a job. The claim may be made on any defect, either known or unknown and discovered within the four-year period.

Some materials may include an additional warranty for materials. Aluminum railings have a 25-year warranty for materials, vinyl has a lifetime warranty, and Trex has a 25-year warranty for residential applications. We always try to pick materials that will withstand the elements as best as they can in their elements.
